Joey Bell was born and raised in Nevada and attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a major in communication theory and mass media and minor in psychology. He also took courses in screenwriting, cinematography, and theater. While studying, he signed with his first agent and began auditioning for TV and film and doing background work. Writing is a long time passion, and he has produced many scenes, one-acts, and a full length play as well as numerous songs. A dedicated numismatist, Joey owned and operated All Coin, a small collectible retail store, in Las Vegas with his maternal grandmother.
