Johnnard Harper
Johnnard Harper was born in Houston's Third Ward. He is a Director/Writer/Producer/Actor and Entrepreneur. His influence include James Wan (Insidious, Conjuring), Jason Blum ( The Purge), Jeff Howard ( Ouija, Before I Wake), and Mike Flanagan ( Oculus, Gerald's Game). His film signatures include character driven stories with multi-ethnic casts. While in college, he was recognized by Professor Edward Muth for his unique talent in acting. His passion was so evident, he was further encouraged by fellow actor Cedric Landers and director Sergio Leroy to enter the film industry. He has worked on many films as of 2018. He current horror feature film is making it's film festival rounds and collected two entries and also two nominations for best (Scare and Actress). He has also recently completed his short film Don't Text Back and that he's working on as pitching for a feature film. Next up is another horror film written and produced by his mentor Jeff Howard. Johnnard strongly believes in hard work and the laws of attraction. His motto is Make Movies and Not Excuses.
