Geo was born in San Miguel, El Salvador. At the age of 7, Geovanny and his family moved to the United States in the Metropolitan DC area of Virginia. It wasn't long when Geovanny discovered his undeniable passion and naturally gifted ability for martial arts. He began studying martial arts when he was a child. During the time Geovanny was traveling the competition circuit, he was rated "top ten" by the North American Sport Karate Association (NASKA) and the National Black Belt League (NBL) in forms, weapons and sparring divisions. Geovanny Corvera moved to Los Angeles in 2000 in order to use his 21 plus years of training and experience for film and television. As a proud Third Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do with amazing Capoeira and gymnastic skills he continues to work hard and train consistently to develop his physical, spiritual, creative and artistic self.
